Vorsteiner defines perfection. Finally a body component manufacturer that meets the quality of your Porsche.

Even the best from Europe cannot compete with the newly released offerings from Vorsteiner. From the exclusive materials technology, to the extensive attention to fitment detail, Vorsteiner sets the standard by which aftermarket body enhancements are to be measured.

No more wrestling with fitment, no more uneven body seams, no more wavy surfaces. With Vorsteiner, you get cutting edge styling, light weight, and a finish level that looks good even from inches away.

Materials:

Vorsteiner's brand foundation is rooted on their key technological advancements in the automotive industry. Their focus is to develop true lightweight components through the use of proprietary vacuum technology manufacturing.

The lighter the car the more power and handling feedback is sent back to the driver. By replacing steel and aluminum with Vorsteiner body panels, the power to weight ratio of a Vorsteiner tuned vehicle is fully maximized.

Dry Vacuumed Woven Plastic (DVWP) and high temperature vacuumed Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Plastic (CFRP) are commonly used in advanced military aerospace and also throughout the Vorsteiner product line. Most other carbon fiber and plastic based body components use a wet lay method which is simply sheets of fiberglass, fiberglass reinforced plastic, or carbon fiber impregnated with wet resin, laid over a mold or buck.

The Vorsteiner factory utilizes high compression vacuum methods to create an airtight and strong chemical bond between layers of composite sheets. By vacuum forming instead of typical wet laying by hand, the surface weave of the panels are consistent and much more visually appealing. Further, less resin is used vs the wet laying technique, resulting in lighter and more rigid construction.

This vacuum forming method is rarely seen with carbon fiber body products, and is specifically unique to Vorsteiner's non-carbon fiber products. Their Dry Vacuumed Woven Plastic is advantageous in many ways to wet lay up fiberglass, such as in elimination of air bubbles and air pockets, reduction of parts warping and waving over time, 25-35% reduction of weight, superior fitment of final parts due to increased control of material thickness, and stiffer and more durable parts due to full impregnation and bonding of resins into composite layers.

Components:

The front bumper is available in both 100% carbon fiber and DVWP material. Both material versions include a chin spoiler and carbon fiber air inlets. You have the choice of with the GT3 style upper vent opening (as in gallery below) or without vent opening. Bumper reuses the stock turn signal and side marker units. DVWP version comes with a Pur-Rim material chin spoiler, while the carbon fiber one comes with a carbon fiber chin spoiler which can remain unpainted if so desired.

V-GT rear bumpers are available in DVWP and carbon fiber constructions. You can choose from the standard V-GT rear bumper with 4 slotted vents and a integrated carbon fiber rear diffuser or the Type II which has 2 slotted vents and a integrated carbon fiber rear diffuser with aero fins for a more aggressive appearance.

The appearance of these bumpers is reminiscent of the 997 GT3, yet with enhanced styling and reduced weight.

The rear aero diffuser is 100% carbon fiber and attaches to the OEM rear bumper. This part is not only aggressive in appearance, it also improves overall aerodynamics.

The rear decklid with wing blade is also available in both DVWP and carbon fiber, yet both versions use an adjustable carbon fiber wing blade that can also remain unpainted. The OEM engine bay cooling fan is reused. The decklid base features ram air type scoops to emulate the effect seen on the 997 GT3.

All these components are designed to fit the car with no permanent modifications, and the original stock components can be reinstalled without trouble.
