AWE LAUNCHES NEW 0FG EXHAUST SUITE FOR THE ‘15+ FORD F-150 V8 AND ECOBOOST, AVAILABLE NOW

AWE, the precision-engineering firm based outside of Philadelphia, has launched their 0FG Exhaust Suite for the 2015+ Ford F-150 V8 and EcoBoost. This release marks the second installment of their “FG” Exhaust Series, in addition to the FG Exhaust Suite for the Gen2 Ford Raptor. The Ford F-150 will be receiving what AWE calls the 0FG, which is a catback system, along with mid pipe options.

“Nothing says America like the F-150, so as a USA-made brand it’s with great pride that we enter this Ford market. The V8 sounds, well, nuts, and I’m incredibly happy with the unique tone we’ve muscled out of that EcoBoost. It’s the best sounding F-150 exhaust suite on the planet, bar none,” stated Jesse Kramer, VP of Marketing at AWE.

The AWE 0FG F-150 exhaust suite provides options for all cabin sizes, and offers customers the ability to “hone their tone” in the form of a resonated or non-resonated Performance Mid Pipe. To appeal to all tastes, the 0FG comes as “single exit” or “dual exit”, with the “dual exit” option featuring modular tip outlets to allow easy transformation between rear exit and side exit via the included adapters.

The Ford F-150 is AWE’s fifth platform from the Ford range, following their Gen2 Raptor, S550 Mustang, S197 Mustang and Mk3 Focus ST/RS exhaust lines. In addition to the Raptor, Mustang and Focus lines, the 0FG Exhaust Suite for the 2015+ F-150 V8 and EcoBoost will join the company’s, Subaru WRX/STI, lines.
