Shipping Policy
AWE Tuning uses FEDEX as our primary shipping provider for all domestic shipments and UPS for all Canadian shipments.
All quoted shipping charges include handling, insurance, and shipping. If you provide us with your email address during phone orders, or order online, you will receive an automatic tracking alert from either trackingupdates@fedex.com or auto-notify@ups.com the moment your shipment is scanned into each carrier’s delivery network. You should add these to your approved senders list.
Please note that some items are classified by both carriers as “oversized.” Items in this classification include (but are not limited to) most exhaust systems, big brake kits and most coilover suspension systems. Due to the size and weight of these parcels, shipping rates may be assessed an additional service charge by each carrier. In all cases you will be provided with the most accurate and up to the minute shipping quote at the time your order is placed.
For International Shipments:
The customer is responsible for any and all duty and tax imposed by their respective country. Please note that Customs may delay shipments and that these delays are outside our control. Spot quotes for shipping costs will be provided upon request for any planned purchases and are valid for a period of 15 days from quotation due to the fluctuation in shipping costs.

AWE Shipping Insurance
If selected at checkout, allows your performance parts to arrive with peace of mind. If you’ve selected AWE Shipping Protection at check out, and have an issue, contact us at https://awe-tuning.com/pages/support and select “Shipping Issue Claim.” AWE Shipping Insurance is voided if you have opted out of signature required shipping.
