AWE PROMOTES FOUR TEAM MEMBERS

AWE, the precision engineering and manufacturing firm outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has promoted four team members.

Holly Schmutz started with AWE in November 2021 as a receptionist, and has now been promoted to Sales and Support Coordinator where she will work to support AWE’s global network of dealers as well as play a role in AWE’s support and customer service functions to increase bandwidth given AWE’s growth.

Huey Eskow was promoted from R&D Specialist to Research and Development Specialist. Huey has been with AWE since May 2018, and went through an internal interviewing process to earn this new role in AWE’s New Product Development group.

Ben DiAngeli has been promoted to Senior Research and Development Specialist. Ben started at AWE in May 2020 as R&D Specialist, and will now be the senior most member of AWE’s R&D team within AWE’s New Product Development Group.

Colby Hall joins AWE’s welding team, having been with AWE since January 2021, starting as Metal Fabrication Prep Specialist. After interviewing and “crushing” the test for his new position, Colby is now a “Welder One” within AWE’s made-in-the-USA fabrication floor.
