AWE RELEASES HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED EXHAUST SUITE FOR BMW G8X M3/M4

AWE, the precision engineering firm based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced the release of its new exhaust suite for BMW’s G80 M3 and G82 M4.

“It’s time to bring the party to the back of the G8X. There’s nothing like this set up: These exhausts are completely emissions-compliant, and bring the sound that the team at AWE is known for. There are options for all, Track Edition for those who want to scream always, SwitchPath™ for those who like to change it up at the touch of a button, and even mid-pipes to further enhance the tone--all while keeping it all 50 state legal. The S58 is a homerun powerplant, and man did the team take the sound and power to the next level,” stated AWE VP, Jesse Kramer.

The exhaust suite will consist of two exhaust configurations, SwitchPath™ and Track Edition, and modular Non-Resonated Performance Mid Pipes for additional sound tuning.

AWE’s SwitchPath™ Exhaust for the G8X platform is their first valved configuration for a BMW model to incorporate their patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology™. The valveless Track Edition will grant an aggressive soundtrack at all times along with a 22 lb. weight savings over stock. Both exhausts are 50-state emissions-compliant, constructed of 3” T304L stainless steel, feature a bespoke X-pipe for the S58, and come complete with signature 4.5” slash-cut tips.
