The AWE Tuning 2.0T Jetta GLI Performance Downpipe and Exhaust systems are hand-crafted from T304 Stainless Steel, and guarantee Check Engine Light-free operation. The systems were specifically designed in-house at AWE Tuning and feature specially designed resonators to eliminate unwanted frequencies while maintaining an aggressive tone.

“With the introduction of Volkswagen’s third generation EA888 powerplant came some evolutionary changes, including the use of a V Band style connection at the turbo outlet flange,” AWE Tuning’s Vice President of Marketing Jesse Kramer stated. “A new downpipe design to incorporate this V Band connection needed to be engineered.”
