JASON HERTZ JOINS AWE TUNING AS NEW PRODUCTION MANAGER

Jason Hertz has joined the team at AWE Tuning to lead all fabrication production efforts. Jason is the latest in a series of strategic and production hires, and will have a seat on the company’s executive leadership team.

Jason has been tasked with leading all in-house production efforts at AWE Tuning, including streamlining processes and fabrication team management, with the goal of maintaining AWE Tuning quality standards, minimizing fulfillment times and preparing the company for additional growth.

“AWE Tuning’s engineering and fabrication foundation is fantastic, and I’m thrilled to be on the team, to streamline and help grow the organization to the benefit of the company’s international base of dealers,” stated Hertz. “There’s tremendous opportunity.”

“Since our acquisition and move to our new facility, AWE Tuning has seen phenomenal growth over the last twenty-four months, having increased headcount by a third while adding BMW, McLaren, MINI and Mercedes-Benz to our line up. Bringing on a leader like Jason poises us to continue our growth path,” stated AWE Tuning President Todd Sager.

Jason’s role prior to joining AWE Tuning was in aerospace as Production Supervisor at SPS Technologies, where he was responsible for quality, throughput, cost, and safety across multiple departments totaling 75 hourly employees across three shifts. Jason has also held positions within Precision Castparts and Lockheed Martin. Jason holds his MBA from Villanova University, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He lives with his wife Andrea and their dog Finley in Ambler, PA.
