MAGNAFLOW EXEC JOINS AWE TEAM

AWE, the precision engineering firm outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, announced today that Darron Shubin, former VP at MagnaFlow, has joined the growing company’s executive team as the Director of Sales. Darron will be leading the company’s sales and customer support teams and overseeing AWE’s sales strategy.

“With AWE’s growth into so many new markets in the last 36 months, including major Modern Muscle markets, the JDM space, and now the off-road and truck market, it was time to grow the executive team with a leader that brings enthusiasm, experience, and the drive to shift AWE to the next gear,” stated Todd Sager, AWE’s President.

I look to add capacity where there is an opportunity, continue to drive strategic sales with our distribution partners, and stay committed to upholding the AWE service our customers have come to expect,” stated Shubin.

Prior to joining AWE, Darron spent 19 years at MagnaFlow, where he started in technical support and over almost two decades climbed the ranks of the brand to become the Vice President of National Sales in 2018. Darron is a SEMA YEN member, ETTN member, and has been a Young Auto Car Network Group member. He has been published in Undercar Digest, SEMA YEN member insights, and SearchAutoParts.com, to name a few. He has been named to SEMA’s top 35 under 35 and was SEMA YEN’s Young Executive of the Year in 2010. Darron lives with his wife in San Diego, California, and is proud to bounce between either his Riviera Blue Audi TTS, Audi Q8, Jeep JKU, and of course the AWE Camaro 1LE to “sneak” around the Philadelphia streets when at AWE Corporate.
